Introducing the Vanessens Beauty Partner Program

We believe beauty is about more than what happens in the salon. It’s creativity, self-expression, wellness, community and the things that make you feel like yourself.

That’s why we’re introducing the Vanessens Beauty Partner Program. A new opportunity for local individuals ages 16–24 who genuinely love beauty, wellness and creating content.

What is a Beauty Partner?

A Beauty Partner is someone who naturally enjoys sharing the things they love.

You don’t need a huge following. You don’t need to consider yourself an influencer. We’re looking for authenticity, creativity and personality.

Beauty Partners will have opportunities to experience Vanessens from a different perspective, discover professional products and services, create content, and share their experiences with their own community.

Your content doesn’t have to look a certain way. We want your perspective.

What are the perks?

Beauty Partners will have access to exclusive salon experiences, product perks, service opportunities and other Vanessens experiences throughout the program. We’re hoping to create something bigger than a perks program!

We want you to have the opportunity to create, connect, discover and grow while becoming part of a local beauty community.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is:

• 16–24 years old
• Local to the Sioux Falls area
• Creative, social and authentic
• Interested in beauty, wellness, lifestyle or self-expression
• Comfortable creating and sharing content
• Dependable and excited to try new things

You don’t have to check every box. We’re more interested in your personality and perspective than your follower count.

Why are we doing this?

This is the first Vanessens Beauty Partner Program, and that’s what makes it exciting.

We’re not looking for people to simply promote our salon. We want to build relationships with young creatives in our community and create an opportunity for them to experience the beauty industry, discover their own creative voice and help us shape what this program becomes.
